BLS Provider Course

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course by the Saudi Heart Association (SHA) is designed to equip healthcare professionals and first responders with the essential skills needed to respond to life-threatening emergencies.

This course covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, the proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), and effective team dynamics during resuscitation. Participants will learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, provide immediate care, and improve patient survival outcomes.

The training combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice using realistic scenarios and medical training equipment to ensure confidence and competence in emergency situations.

Upon successful completion, participants receive an official SHA BLS Provider certification, valid for a specified period in accordance with SHA guidelines.
